Using a thin layer over my nose a few times a week, there has been no visible difference for it's my go to breakout cream, and I prefer it to La Roche Posay Effaclear Duo, as I think it it smells better and doesn't get gluggy on skin in the same way. The acne on my face was big and painful and in the morning I woke up and it was so much smaller and not as painful. I could see that my skin was starting to flake, in a good way, as it was smoothing out my skin and making the pigmentation on my face not as noticeable. It was as though my skin was shedding a layer to get rid of the unhealthy (dead) layers to reveal fresh skin. My face wasn't as oily and my blackheads had diminished as well. I would use it before makeup to keep my skin matte as well as using it both morning and night. If you do use it during the day I would suggest SPF as it can make your skin sensitive. The formula was lightweight and absorbed fairly quickly. It didn't leave any residue behind and wasn't sticky. I do have redness around my nose, cheeks and chin but that was the one thing the Cleanance expert didn't help with. Overall, it's a great product for those who have pigmentation, oily skin, blemishes and large pores and want to keep their skin looking healthy. Because I have a burning face with recently reddened spots all over it. Now it started be flaked. Last night I even couldn't apply the cream. If you could help me, I would appreciate a lot. I am 21 and my acne came back this year very storng and I got my face burned really bad from a cream with antibiotic (clindamicyn and tretinoin) my face looked bad, I cleared myself from acne 3 years ago. I decide to take that cream away from my beauty routine and for three days I only used spf moisturiser, rose water as a toner and a 50spf foundation. My skin seemed to recover from the last treatment so I wanted a less powerful acne cream and tried Triacneal as I always worked well with avene but clearance expert did not have any effect on my skin. I swear to you that it cleared my cheeks in 4 nights. I may sound foolish but I swear it did. It gave me a huge confidence boost as I was at the beach that time and I really needed something that works fast. It s been 2 weeks, my face looks clear, I only have scars from the cysts I used to get and I am afraid to give triacneal up and I don t think I m going to do that soon. I already ordered a second bottle. I really recommend you to use a good SPF moisturiser and to use a AHA BHA peeling mask once a week or two and you cannot be dissapointed with the results. However, as much as I love this product it doesn't moisturise my skin enough and I'm experiencing dry patches. Is this product a richer moisturiser than the emulsion?
